Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders to:

  • Australia (Mainland & Tasmania)
  • New Zealand

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and trusted courier services. All parcels are insured and include tracking.

Australian Orders

  • Flat shipping fee: AUD $10.95
  • Free shipping: On orders over AUD $75
  • Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 business days

Tracking information will be sent via email upon dispatch.

New Zealand Orders

  • Flat shipping fee: AUD $19.95
  • Estimated delivery: 8 to 13 business days
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Orders under NZ$400 (approx. AUD $360) typically do not incur NZ customs duties or GST. Orders above this amount may require GST, duties and a Client Code (if over NZ$1,000). These are payable to NZ Post upon arrival.

Shipping Terms

  • Orders can be delivered to PO Boxes via Australia Post.
  • Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly during checkout.
  • Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
  • Returned parcels due to incorrect address or failure to collect will require a reshipment fee of AUD $8.95.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once orders are dispatched.
  • If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge.

Return & Refund Policy

Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect product selection, or finding a lower price elsewhere.

Eligible for Replacement or Store Credit

You may request a replacement or store credit if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • The item was damaged in transit
  • The item was lost in transit
  • There was a Lazer Lures internal system or customer service error

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and include supporting evidence (e.g. photos of the damaged item). Please email info@lazerlures.com.au for assistance.

Refunds

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a monetary refund only if the item has a major problem, such as:

  • The item is unsafe
  • It significantly differs from the description or sample
  • It doesn't do what it's supposed to and cannot be fixed
  • It has a serious defect that would have prevented the purchase

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of confirmation.

Exclusions

Lazer Lures is not liable for:

  • Damages or losses not caused by our products or service
  • Delays outside of our control once the item has shipped
  • Missed deadlines due to late ordering or user error
