What size Lazer should I use?
Match the weight to the distance and depth you need. The brand’s tailor guide recommends the 25g as the all-round choice from the beach, 10g and 15g when fish are feeding on small bait, and 35g or 50g to reach distant gutters or schools off a breakwall. For vertical spinning offshore, 35g, 50g and 70g are the usual picks.
Single hook or treble hook?
Every Lazer is offered with either a VMC Needle Sharp Inline Single Hook or a VMC Saltwater Treble Hook. Singles make unhooking easier and are the choice for catch and release; trebles give more points in the water.
